End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer of AI Frame ("Developer," "we," "us") for the use of the AI Frame mobile application ("App").

By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Android devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement.

2. Requirements

The App requires a self-hosted gateway server to function. You are responsible for:

Setting up and maintaining your own gateway server
Ensuring your server meets the App's connectivity requirements
The security and availability of your gateway server

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where permitted by law
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems through the App
Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all related materials (code, design, graphics, documentation) are owned by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. AI-Generated Content

The App facilitates interaction with AI language models via your gateway server. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or errors
You are responsible for evaluating and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it
The Developer is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

All user data is stored locally on your device
Communication occurs only with your self-hosted gateway server
No data is collected by or shared with the Developer or third parties

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
